This is my Firefox start page which opens in new tabs etc.

– Features –

Most important feature is the search field which has several buttons for quick search on different sites.
Simply type something, then tab to the engine you want to use and hit enter.
If you type in a URL or domain name it'll go to that instead.

Apart from that there are a few links on top and an image frame which displays a random image from one of several configurable collections.
Images can be clicked/scrolled through and collections can be switched on the fly.

Also comes with a light design.

If you want to use this, check it out on github!
You'll find some instructions there as well as the source files if you're into that.
It's pretty easy to configure (one js file) and let's you use any images you want. Different search engines can be added as well.
I designed it for use in Firefox and it will probably not work well in other (older) browsers.

I started this to learn/practice JavaScript and it's come a long way since I started. I'm still trying to keep it simple because I want it to load pretty much instantly.

Uses HTML5, CSS3 and raw JavaScript (no jQuery or other libraries)
